Novartis offers a wide range of healthcare products through its Pharmaceuticals, Vaccines and Diagnostics, Sandoz and Consumer Health divisions.

Webify provided solution for the above business challenge by dividing their task into two different modules :

Admin Module:
- Facilitating all types of administrative work, which included data level entry part and different validation on their data uploaded to reduce the physical workload of admin person.
- Automatic calculation of share and incentive based on their target vs. sales data enhanced with the facility to provide automatic grading of their employees based on their performance.
- Maintaining physical structure hierarchy as well as employee hierarchy of organization and all type of linkages in different physical structure.
- Tracking of employee transfer and according to that tracking of their performance 
- Integration of the incentive data with the pay roll system at Head Office using reporting system for incentive disbursement along with the pay check

Reporting Module:
- Handling of report generation through which different people can view their details as well as details of persons who were at lower level.
- Generation of two-way report. One is in the current scenario and second to get history data according to current physical structure and current linkages for different type of business analysis.
- Showing report of performance of employees and their ranking and their growth in the organization. 
- Displaying reports of different business analysis month wise, quarter wise, year wise, product wise etc.

ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Co. Ltd., India

ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Co. Ltd., ICICI Prulife, is a leading private sector provider of Life Insurance in India. They have a vast network of over 25000 advisors and over 500000 policy holders. ICICI Prulife uses AS/400 based systems for Insurance Systems. Commission statements are sent to all the advisors once a fortnight.

Webify has developed and implemented, "Aggregated Reporting Application" for ICICI Prulife, a leading insurance provider in India. This "SOA" based solution automated the process of publishing the Commission Statements on the company portal, so that the insurance advisors have instant access to the commission details. This solution helped ICICI PruLife to improve the services to the advisors as well as reduce the expenses on printing and dispatching of statements, which were done every fortnight. Further, the solution includes an instant mailing system which sends the commission statements to the advisors via e-mail, as soon as the commission is ready for publishing.

Johnson & Johnson Ltd. is the most comprehensive manufacturer of healthcare products, covering broad range of different products in the consumer, pharmaceutical and professional markets. Johnson & Johnson uses state of the art systems in their Manufacturing and other operations. They wanted to computerize the performance index and incentive system for their manufacturing plants.

Webify developed and implemented a Web based "Performance Index System" for J&J which standardized the process to monitor and track the productivity at the company's manufacturing plant at Mulund. The system facilitated accurate calculation and quick disbursement of incentives by integrating the system to the Payroll system at their Head Office using Web Services technology.

Staples, Belgium:

Staples is an international retail chain providing office supplies. As a successful global retailer, Staples constantly replenishes its inventory at various store locations. The goods are sourced from multiple suppliers and are distributed to individual stores as per requirement. These deliveries in the form of packages/pallets are routed through a warehouse. Staples want to know the ownership and responsibility of the goods in the whole process of the material flow from the supplier to the stores

Webify is in the process of developing automatic Parcel Tracking System (PTS) which shall implement:

  • A task list for all pickups which shall be uploaded to the Symbol PDT
  • A task management system on the PDT
  • A Central System installed at the Warehouses
  • Task System on the PDT
  • Alerts depending on the collection of excess or shortage of parcels.
  • Management system at the warehouse for task data upload and processing
  • Scanning system at the supplier's location for barcode printing

The details of the Purchase Orders, Return Advice's which are used as base for driving the system is made available for upload to the APTS server from the existing ERP system.

ICICI Lombard General Insurance Co. Ltd., India

ICICI Lombard is a leading General insurance provider in India. Their vast network of agents and brokers procure business using a combination of their web based Online Manager and in-house Insurance ERP package. Lack of an Agent Relationship Management package was becoming a point of concern.

Webify proposed to resolve the financial aspects of Agent Relationship Management activities. The Commission Calculation and Publishing (CCPA) system is a web-based portal integrated with the Online Manager. It provides various role-based facilities to employees and agents. These facilities include a Commission Plan configurator, Commission Calculator, Post-calculation processing, Agent Account Maintenance, Payout processing and Management Reporting. The Agent related reporting and a Business scenario builder are provided to the agent to transact their business effectively.
