These include: Handholding support We provide expert training to the end users at our customer locations as part of our software delivery process. Beyond the user training on the application solutions developed by us, we provide additional handholding support to the users if desired. The handholding support involves working with the users to help them master the software solution developed while the users actually use the solution in production environment. Application Maintenance Support We provide technology support for maintaining the applications that we develop through an annual maintenance contract agreement with our customers. This support includes enhancement to functionality and additional features development as per needs of the customer. Implementation support We provide expert implementation support for all the applications that we develop where the customer has to implement applications at multiple locations. This support includes assistance in deployment and user training at multiple locations if desired. Ad hoc technical consult We provide technical support on a call basis to all our customers. This support could involve assistance in redeployment, retraining of users (often necessitated with fresh recruits or new employees) and a host of other requirements.
