Mahesh Uberoi, Chairman

Mahesh Uberoi is the Chairman of Webify Services. He brings over 25 years of experience in the areas of business management, international marketing, product marketing and sales, having worked for Fortune 100 and start up companies.

Mahesh was the founder (1983) and President/CEO of Uii Corp., a software development and consultancy company head quartered in Princeton, NJ with an offshore software center at SEEPZ, Mumbai, India. Uii was one of the first offshore software companies in the US and grew steadily to over 500 employees with branch offices all over the US, in the UK, Singapore and Dubai. Uii was the proud recipient of the prestigious Small Business of the Year award presented by the US Small Business Administration at the White House. Uii serviced several Fortune 500 companies such as IBM, Exxon, AT&T, Merrill Lynch, Unisys, Toys R Us, Johnson and Johnson and the US Federal / State / Local government agencies. Uii was sold in 2001 to Cognicase (NASDAQ:COGI) a software services company head quartered in Montreal, Canada.
